How long does it take before I receive my lovely swimwear?

Upon receiving proof of payment, it normally takes 2-3 working days for our friends at the post office to deliver it to you.

Do you offer returns and refunds?

Unfortunately, due to the intimate nature of our products, we do not offer returns or refunds.

How do I make payments for my orders?

As soon as you fill up the order form, we will send you bank details wherein you can make your payment.

All our prices are fixed (inclusive of shipping) and are the lowest in the market. We'll definitely let you know if we have special promotions.

I've lost track of how sexy I've become, do you have measurements for the bikinis?

You can have a look at our size guide, but sizes may still vary a little depending on the style.

Why do you only sell size S for all your styles?

In order to ensure that we have the lowest price possible, we limit our inventory to just one size.

I have a last minute beach holiday in two days, is there any way i can receive my order in less than 2-3 days?

We can arrange meet-ups (at our convenience) if you are ordering 2 or more items.

If I am meeting up with you to collect my order, can you deduct the shipping fee?

Unfortunately, all our prices are fixed and are inclusive of shipping regardless of meet-ups.
